This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through the XO DERM website are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Within Australia
XO DERM ships orders throughout Australia using Australia Post or another appropriate delivery provider where required.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option available for your order.
We do not currently offer free shipping unless specifically stated as part of a promotion.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed as promptly as possible after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping service selected or available at checkout.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by Australia Post or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.
